By booking one of Zoe Dee's Service's you enter into our Terms & Conditions
Booking either by Email, Text, Phone, Gift Card or at Reception.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
The following cancellation charges apply:
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of service cost
Less than 12 hours’ notice – 100% of service cost
All offers are subject to availability. Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.
Please ensure that you bring your gift card to the salon to present upon payment. Non presentation of your gift card may necessitate a charge being made until the gift card is presented. If full or part payment for your visit is by a gift card this will become void if you fail to arrive for your appointment or give the required notice to cancel. Our full cancellation policy and cancellation charges are shown under ‘Cancellation’.
Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty Hair gift cards can be redeemed on hair services or hair products only.
Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty Beauty gift cards can be redeemed on beauty treatments or beauty products only.
Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from the issue date.
Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Please treat gift cards as cash. Gift cards cannot be used for services provided by external therapists.
MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWNS
Any mechanical or electrical breakdowns which occur on the premises are usually beyond our control, although we will try to repair any such fault as soon as possible. No refunds will be given unless any such breakdown is due to the negligence of the Company or its employees or agents.
No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to Zoe Dee Hair & Beauty. If you do bring valuable items, it is essential they are covered by your own insurance. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
